i am not bound to win,but i am bound to be true.i am not bound to succeed, but bound to live up to what light i have. -abraham lincon

The sun cracks trough my bedroom curtin then runs across my face
The light reminds me i'm alive
I turn to cry help but like always no one is ever there
The darkest moments have passed once again
Which only means another day with no purpose
Only to return with a little less each day
Why must we go fourth ?
And when the earth no longer spins?
And who is this god everyone bows down to but me?
We are all given lifes that must be lived
Fillled with false hope and expitations
And we only begin die the end
For eternitys people sin.and then ?

I like the struggle with getting on with life and facing day to day. However, I would be careful with spelling. Although readers are able to get the point that you probably meant through your curtain rather than trough your curtain, it does make a difference. Otherwise, very nice images and feelings of uncertainty.

It's not about success; it's about significance.

This is SO AMAZING! I love this so much! It's beautiful and I can relate to it completely. You're an incredible writer!

This is a great poem because it's something we can all relate to at one point or another.

You should check out some of my stuff. I think you would like it.
