Your gentle waves caress these barren shores.
The shine of beauty forever changing.
Glory surpassing the great Spanish Moors.
Abounding anger shown by the crashing,
Against the jagged cliff under my toes.
Your providing waters give life to me;
Water that gives lifer yet takes life from fellows.
Time touch you not for you will always be.
Your strong storms sink a person’s joy and pride.
Fortune beholds to those who do not hide.
No one comes close to you in my measure.
You are life fortune and great sweet hopes aim;
Heaven on earth and a true heavens dame.

This is a great poem because it's something we can all relate to at one point or another.
