Why do I feel like I'm drowning?
Why do I feel so empty inside
When I know it's a lie
I can't find the time
To get myself out.
I'm so lost in this place
Confused and controlled
This is growing old.
Help me to resurface
Help me to rewind
Help me to go back in time.
You know this isn't easy.
You know just how I feel
But you stay away
Act like this is all a game.
Well it's not.
Cuz I'm lost in it
Burried in the ground
Drowning in the water
Trying to find something to hang on to
But all I got that's solid is you
But you keep moving away.
What is there to say?
