Would it be so wrong,
If it felt so right,
To go downtown,
And start a fight.

Would it be so wrong,
If it felt so right,
To party on,
All through the night

Would it be so wrong,
If it feels so right,
To carry on,
Til we see the light.

Alright.
Now give it up to me,
Tell me what you see.
Look me in the eyes,
See past all the lies,

Someday this world will end,
It’s right around the bend.

So take me by the hand,
Come with me,
See how grand,
This world can be,
Up until the very end.

Would it be so wrong,
If it felt so right,
To go downtown,
And start a fight.

Would it be so wrong,
If it felt so right,
To party on,
All through the night

Would it be so wrong,
If it feels so right,
To carry on,
Til we see the light.

The night is almost over,
The sun won’t come up tomorrow
So look past your sorrow.
This world’s at an end,
Now I hope this message will send.

So Billie Jean isn’t my lover,
And maybe I can’t tell one from the other.

Who’s who and who’s me?
Why can’t we see,

Maybe I’m just run down,
But this is how I found,
The answer to the riddle,
Playing like a golden fiddle,
Ringing in my ears,
This is the end of our years.

Would it be so wrong?
(I don’t know)
If it felt so right
(For whom the bell tolls)
To go downtown
(I just know what I’m told)
Let’s start a fight.

Would it be so wrong,
If it felt so right,
To go downtown,
And start a fight.

Would it be so wrong,
If it felt so right,
To party on,
All through the night

Would it be so wrong,
If it feels so right,
To carry on,

(We’re at the end.)

Until we see the light.

The author's comments:
I wrote the chorus to this song in the middle of the night once upon a time, and I loved it. When in my creative class, about a year later, we had to write a song I knew where to begin. I took he chorus, added some lines, and here we have it. I may also add I sang it for the class, acapella. The best song, in my opinion, I've written thus far, I hope you enjoy these lyrics, since you can't hear the music and rhythm in my head.
