A Child's Tear
We contemplate the words we speak
Just empty words with no meanings
We don't even try to fill our hearts
With love, hope, peace and all the things that count

Expecting it to fill us all
When we can't even help ourselves
 Anger forgiven, love forgotten
 Devastation and torturing memories

 No more secrets left untold
 By the many big believers

 Chorus

That one day our world will know
How it feels to feel, all alone
 With all of my tears
 We will finally realize
What a child's tear feels like

 When I see the world
It's like a giant ball of fury
 We've got war over here
 Drugs and alcohol too

 Chorus

 There are kids over here
But really, who cares about us
The world doesn't know what it feels like,
 To feel all alone

No more peace to sleep with at night
Horror of waking up in a fright
 Danger around every corner
 And inside every sight

 Chorus (2X)
