Winter envelopes
My toes, forcing them into
The frozen ice van.

A dial turns red
Somebody turned the lights on
But they turned back off.

Heat pokes through my shirt
My frozen toes are warming
My back is warm now.

Seat heaters are like
A back massage without the
Actual massage.

I was in the car on the way home from rock climbing with some friends, and one of my friends turned on the seat heaters, commenting shortly after, "Seat heaters are like a back massage without the massage," and I liked that line so I took it. :)
