Bees in a Meadow
A Beekeeper stands next
To a meadow.
Little white wildflowers
Dancing like a river
Three boxes stand before him
Little grass
Tickling the edges
The sun smiles bright and sweet
Little bees come from the first
And sting him
Fat bees from the second
Fly around lazily
Trickling through the bushes
Fuzzy bees from third work neverending
Twirling through daffodils
Heavy with pollen
They can’t make it back
A Beekeeper now stands next
To a meadow
Little white wildflowers
Dancing like a river
Three boxes stand before him
His bees are dead
Do not make the same mistake.
