You were everything to me
Everything I dreamed of
Everything I needed
Everything good for me
I thought you were different from the others
The others that broke me
The others that made me self-conscious
The others that made me not me
You gave me a reason to finally love again
You gave me hope
You gave me freedom
You gave me strength
But everything I thought you were turned out to be a lie
A joke
A mistake
A lesson
You left me here confused and with no answers
With no closer
With no happiness
With no laughter
The man I thought I loved became the man I hate.
