That I hide from everyone.
I smile through the pain.
I feel as if no one will understand.

That is slowly crushing me.
I act as if nothing is wrong.
I think about it constantly.

My problem is equally as important as yours.

I need to realize it happens to the best of us.
I keep telling myself it is going to be okay.

We need to realize that it happens to even the best people.

Just be cautious of what you say to others,
Because you don’t know what is going on with them.
They don’t need your anger to be added on to their stress.
They just want to have no regrets and be happy.

Don’t bully others because it will help you feel better about your problem.
All you’re doing is making their problem worse.
Now they are dealing with you and themselves.
They need you to compliment them, not point out their imperfections.

It’s a chain reaction.
Once you compliment them, you just made their day.
Then they will compliment you back which will make your day.
Then you all will want to spread the happiness and will compliment others.

We all have something,
That we hide from everyone.
We need each other to help one another through these times,
Even if we don’t know what is wrong.
