We are all human… We all bleed red...
There are people who hate us… because of who we are… and who we choose to be… They protest us… in hopes to scare and infiltrate fear in our eyes… sad...its truth… They try to silence us… but we refuse…

Early hours of June...1969… How can one forget… Police raided… and beat… It is where we began our fight… for freedom… and equality… Stonewall is our monument… Our turning point of the gay movement…

Progress was made… Now… we take our Pride to the Capitol… we celebrate and parade down the streets of Constitution Avenue…
From walkouts and sit-ins… from Stonewall to the Capitol... We march as individuals…We march as one… United we will stand… No hate… no homophobia… no transphobia will bother us… Call us faggots… cos we don’t listen to unkind words… hate is our fuel… so don’t be cruel… We plant our feet...rooted in the ground... We stand as one… one for humanity… one for all…

We have pride that those cannot steal… We share our pride…with family, friends, we share our rainbow-glitter colors…
Stereotypes and preconceived ideas… Society is to blame… They say America the brave… what is brave when America fears what they don’t know?
Right wing conservatives say we are sin… sin in the “eyes of God”... tomfoolery and nonsense… is what this is… stop… think…

We are people…no different...Gender… sexuality… complexion of your pigment…There is no difference…

Be yourself… Be visible… Be unapologetic…
