Masks
Sometimes we hide behind masks
This way it is easier to speak our emotions
Or even hide them
We hide behind our masks because we are afraid
Afraid of other people and their opinions
Caring about what others think is normal
But sometimes in our care, we can get carried away
Sometimes we need to take off our masks
We need to look in the mirror to see who we truly are
You can speak your emotions without a mask
You don’t need to be afraid or hide them
Do not be afraid of who you are
You need have no fear of what others think of you behind your mask
You are beautiful and worthy behind it
You must always remember that you are enough
You are loved
