Tomorrow
Tomorrow is the unknown.
I wonder why I, out of all people, have gotten so many tomorrows.
I wonder why my cousin didn't get as many tomorrows. He died in a car crash.
I wonder why my coach didn't get anymore tomorrows. He had a stroke and passed away during my game.
I have also wondered why there are kids with cancer that aren't getting the chance to see anymore tomorrows.
Truth is, yesterday was a given, and tomorrow is a gift.
Tomorrow I will wake up and take everything in because before you know it, tomorrow turns into yesterday, and my tomorrows are running low one by one.
Tomorrow is the unknown.
