From the shade of my mind
Through the space of your hands
And the smoke of your sighs
The crashing waves in my head
Our footprints in the cold hard sand
The sun is in my heart
The light in your eyes
Brightens my body
By the way you touch me
As your lips brush mine
As the air we breathe has left
Since our bodies became one
The magical feel
Of my demons becoming yours
And you fighting them
Through the nights we shared
The moonlight shine upon your face
Is what gets me through the midnight hour
It has long since passed
But my love for you has never fallen
My love, you are the life of my mind
