Life of a Cop
He helps people’s life but I'll help you too.
He fire his pistol but only if there is a need
So when you're waiting for the next attack
You'd better stand there's no turning back.
The siren begin and that's when it starts
But on this battlefield no one wins
The smell of gunpowder and the hearing of sirens
As he risks on into certain death.
The vest he sweats with fear we break to run
The mighty roar of the enemy’s gun
And as we race towards the human wall
The screams of people can never be changed.
We hurdle people back to safety
And the enemy fights back even harder.
We get so near yet so far away
We always will live to fight another day.
