A Mental Cancer
It gnaws deeply on sanity.
Negative thoughts
Insecurity
Anxiety
Fear
They all lead to a mental cancer.
An immature mind falls in the trap:
Decaying in doubt,
A lack of self-confidence.
Unaware of the malignant tumor
Germinating incessantly;
Ruining all good deeds.
There remains no cure.
It breeds envy and metastasizes.
Jealousy spreads, a feeling of unhappiness;
A strong desire to acquire what others have.
Warped perception, malicious acts embody the destructive disease.
Obsessively tainting reputations, poisoning others.
Nurturing an inflated sense of ego, bottling up a sense of unworthiness.
Many try to escape, but
The brutal pain seizes them;
A torture they inflicted on themselves.
It exists as a red, burning fire exhausting all oxygen.
Mental corruption breathes
Deception and presents itself as stability.
The poison
Spite and resentment
Feed the ailment further.
