Why do we be like this?
Many people fear me because of my color. I don’t see wha’ts the problem.
Why can’t i be normal like you. If we cut each other, we bleed the same thing.
Why do i have to be afraid of being me. I didn’t ask to come into this world.
My brothers can’t drive a nice car without someone thinking they stole it.
I know our culture and the things we do is lit, but that doesn’t mean you can take
credit for it. We invented so many things and really don’t get props for it.
Being a black women isn’t easy. Most white men told us we’re good for laying
On ours backs like an animal. Well that’s not what we are for. Because i’m black
Doesn’t give anymore right to treat me like dirt. But as this black women i will
Stand up for what i believe in. I will be this successful black woman.
My future kids and grandchildren will be accept in this world weather they man likes it
Or not. My ancestors went through the pain. Now it’s time for us to be in charge.
And we will rise up to become one nation. Our people and your can actually
As one. And fight the other the nation they don’t like us. We can fight till the
World is gon. Now let’s finally have world peace
