Reflection on Relationship
Fire erupted from inside her mind
As angry words spewed from her cherry red lips
Nothing but catastrophe left in her reckless wake
  And no one left unharmed
With no weapons except her words
She hurled them like rocks as a desperate attempt to hurt him
But they could not penetrate the indestructible armour
That surrounded his stone cold heart
But no words could hurt as much as the guilt
  Which he placed upon himself
Defenseless and convicted for the unforgivable actions he committed
  He was apologizing
  Forever and always apologizing
For who he was and what he had done
But her forgiveness would never come
For the image of his arms around another woman
Was forever etched on the fabric of her mind
