My best friend, best I can ever ask for,
lives with me forever.
My broken heart, my broken soul,
The worst thing that I can ask for.
The 4th of July, the day of pride,
Was the day you were gone.
Some days I cry so much, 
Because I miss him and love him so much.
A dog, a man can become such good friends,
They love each other from beginning to end.
You deserve to rest and be the best, 
Like an angel in heaven. 
You are a golden and you remind me of gold,
Because you were golden for me and for everyone who knew you. 
I love you and you love me,
I just wish you could've spent more time with me.
It's hard to fight cancer,
And you can't live forever.
But cancer is horrible and very annoying,
It's not fun to go against 
25% of dogs die from cancer and 
All of those families that had those dogs have to suffer through the same pain.
