The Sorrow Day

I open my eyes,
and to my surprise
its 2 hours before I should awake,
I toss and turn for the rest of the night but nothing can shake the restlessness within me
As my alarm sounds
I sluggishly touch my feet to the ground
I look in the mirror and I’m not who I used to be,
I’ve felt pain and my only goal is to survive till tomorrow
Because today is filled with sorrow.
