My Last Words to My Favorite Book
The same story is told,
With the same words
And with the same ending.
Oh, how I wish
The ending could change.
From something so unfair
To something unbelievably surreal.
And as I turn the last page
Once more,
It cries.
Leave me, it says
I'm tired of this pain
I cause you.
No, no! I cry
Your story is beautiful
I plead to finish it,
Once again. It says,
But it's not for the
Whole world
