Flight

Flight
Arms; heavy, like the thrashing Pacific.
Legs; standing still like the cold Stonehenge.
Heart; pumping like a cheetah.
I know it’s coming,

the inevitable.

I can’t stop it,
but I block it out.
It’s coming.

Revival
How can I fix us?
My mouth is sewed shut
And
I cannot breathe.

Trust

Just trust me.
It’s not too late
Let me
Fix us.

Midnight
The hour strikes at midnight
It is time to go.
I push you away with all of my might
But the Earth shatters below

I’ve said I’m sorry
Please, don’t you worry,
I won’t
Hurt
You no more.
