Happy Place
I have walked the rock built road,
I have seen the rivers that flowed.
Year of use, the Earth has shown
But on this path, not much is shown.
I see the waterfall pouring into the creek
I turn my face to see the mountain peek.
These beautiful sights inspire my happiness.
Without the silence, the woods wouldn’t be happiness.
A place to think, a place to stare.
A soft, yet happy aura fills the air.
I look upon the place without any gloom.
The woods are lucky not to have any gloom.
I close my eyes and picture my birthplace.
I miss the city and its fast pace,
I open my eyes and view the place,
The outdoors happens to be my real happy place.
