Keep Christ in Christmas
Baby Jesus lay in his manger
And at some point that night arrived 3 strangers.
They brought gifts of so much worth
And they celebrated the Savior’s birth.
Jesus lay asleep in his bed,
Not knowing of his profound future ahead.
For he would become a Savior to all nations,
Dying because of our temptations.
He would give himself to us as sacrifice,
For us he would pay the ultimate price.
He did this out of selfless devotion,
For the moment he died the world turned in slow motion.
Never will us followers ever forget,
That this is most precious gift yet.
Jesus died for us out of unconditional love,
This is the greatest gift humans have ever known of.
