Tiger Rising
There is a difference between feelings and what you feel,
What you feel consists of others opinions,
When people tell you their opinions,
They trap you in a cage with no escape
Or release of your feelings
That is the difference.
When you’re trapped you have to find a way to release your feelings,
Or you will be sick with an incurable disease.
It drops your feelings to the ground and it leads from your toes to your knees,
It is a crippling pain that prevents you from being happy for a long while.
You will tell multiple people your feelings so someone you know you can trust listens,
It will be hard to do.
Remember, the more pain you try to hide, the more pain you will feel.

A book that read gave me the idea of writing a poem about how to release your feelings.
