Turn that Frown Upside down

I was eight when my family said to me
That I need to get serious about school
Because I like to play basketball
One big thing I'm focused on is college so I can
Get an education, in seventh grade I struggled with math
Because I didn't understand it, over the
Summer I kept motivating
Myself saying ''Eighth grade I'm to do better''
I knew I had to TURN THAT FROUN UPSIDE DOWN.
