Reality flickers like a worn street lamp
I find myself drawn to it like a tired moth
I reach out to grasp it but find nothing there
Falling like a baby bird from the nest
Everything I know to be true becomes a lie
Suddenly and violently ripped from me
Voices scream and curse from every facet of my mind
No longer am I human-
No longer do I feel.
