The War
Shots from all around.
When did the world become so divided?
Who started all of this fighting?
Soldiers would say to one another, “Why are we in this war against them?”
They became so used to the idea of just doing what they are told that they become lost.
Not only do their thoughts become lost but they themselves seem to not even know who they are anymore.
Lonely, Empty, Confused,
The Soldiers begin to think, “Why did they not warn us about all the negatives to war?”
War has become so idolized,
Fighting and representing your country is a job that is beyond the scope of many.
Soldiers are said to be the bravest and boldest of them all.
Everyone believes this, except for the soldiers themselves.
The soldiers start to believe that they were tricked into a never-ending cycle of war.
They suddenly do not feel so great and mighty anymore.
