To The Places Ive Never Been
To all the places I've never been
To all the people I've never met,
I see the world through my eyes only,
Holding on and patiently hoping
That someday I might be so bold
To break off from this hold
That's choking me to death,
While putting my dreams to bed
To all the places I've never been
To all the people I've never met,
Hold on, It's alright
We have yet to see the light
Of the sun shining through
a life that we call new
So hold on, Hold tight
Things don't always end up right;
To all the places I'll never be
To all the people I'll never meet,
I'm right there nex to you
when you feel like you are doomed
Remember
There are more who feel just like you do

I wrote this poem as a reminder to myself that I am not alone, and even though I don't know anybody going through what I am, I am not alone.
