the clear skies are brightened by the sun,
the grass is green,
the streets are clean,
the day has just begun
the sun high in the sky,
the flowers bloom,
the people weren’t in gloom,
the birds joyfully fly
what a pleasant place to live
i thought
by then i woke up
and went back into reality
