A trail doesn’t have to be specific.
It can lead to love, but also screaming,
Smoked out life.
It can administer choices.
Choices that lead to emotional
Nights eating nachos,
Or ones that light like a cigarette
At one: twenty-seven in the morning.
A trail can be a homecoming of a soldier.
A trail can be made to keep someone distant
