I watched the snowflake fall,

Outside of my window.

One flake gracefully flew in the wind

And landed on my windowsill.

I stared at,

Thinking of you.

As I watched the flake 

It began to melt away.

Slipping from the world,

Right in front of me,

Just as you had days before.
