I was 6 when he told me he was leaving --  and our father daughter adventures wouldn't be happening any longer

I was 14 when he called to wish me a happy birthday january 1st at 2:00am-- my birthday is december 18th

I was 20 when I got a call -- you father is in the hospital because of his drinking problem

I was 24 when I had a miscarriage because of my dad being drunk and knocking me down the staircase
