Meth Behavior
Slacking is like drugs,
Short term pleasure that wrecks your life
Each school day
I remember seeing one kid
Who would bring in the most indulgent snacks
That his mom made for him
The guilty kind
He wouldn't take any notes in class
Or do his homework
I craved that lifestyle at the time
From an outward perspective
There is something disgusting about this type of behavior
Except for the people on the inside
But they are like him
They'll laugh their goofy obnoxious laughs
For a couple minutes
Years later,
It was a nice sunny day
I was enjoying the breeze
Then I noticed him
Getting shoved out the door onto the porch
He turned
Desperately
To the door in his face
And his mother screaming at him from inside
