Hunting Isn't Free
Birds flying high
Birds in the sky
Birds on the ground
Birds with no sound
Birds in no hurries
Birds without worries
Birds are free
For who they want to be
Being who they want
Sometimes being hunt
The hunt makes them not free
For who they want to be
It makes them have worries
It puts them in hurries
It makes them fly high
It puts them in the dark sky
Birds aren’t free
If i’m being me

This poem is about more than just hunting for birds, but about today's society. People always seem to get judged, and never feel free (like the bird), while the hunters (you and I; the judgers) put those people in an uncomfortable position. Everyone is so hard on you and everything that you do, so it is like you are never free. You are cinstantly having to fly away and hide from others out of fear. To make a personal connection with the poem... replace yourself with the bird.
