Sunset Bliss
I want to think that after you died, your soul fell from the stars where you belong and landed in the clouds painting pictures of sunset bliss and rainbow skies. I tell myself that you are the reason the sky changes colors. I wish you were here. I wish that when I look up that i don't think of you and how you despretly wanted to use the sky as your canvas. I wish that every sunset didn't scream your name just like when you were here and breathing, living, among the stars

This poem was written about 6 months after my best friend took her life. It's been about a year and a half and I'm ready to share.
