The world is quiet, silent, and still.
Life is born then death is upon us.
I was in my sugar sweet days.
Risky ventures took them away.
Now all that is left is my love of others.
Leaving behind my courage.
My individual thoughts have left me empty.
I have abandoned my self appreciation.
Now living in a fantasy, I escaped into the tv.
Where I spend my days wasting away.
I’m washing away my creativity.
Dancing to the whispered songs in my mind.
I live without the will to be a better me.
So I give those I love a silent whisper.
Pleading “Please don’t leave me or I will be nothing”
