Attack
You take a step back
Your heart thumping
Can’t think of something
You forget
You’re playing mental roulette
The pressure builds
Blood boils
Body coils
What can you do?
You can’t even move
You decide to let go
You decide that you aren’t a show
You won’t let people stare
Though they still glare
And stare, stare, and stare
It’s like they are saying beware
You try to make people stop, Stop, STOP!
But they are waiting for you to drop
You no longer feel alive
Maybe they will stop bugging you
And waiting for you to screw up
Though they probably won’t
Panic recedes
You start to grieve
The pain you face leaves no trace
People don’t care
They just want to stare
And your panic will return tomorrow
But leave you again in sorrow

I have dealt with this feeling so I want other people to realize how it feels.
