I can still feel the sand on my toes
i can still feel the light touch of the sun
I can still hear the waves of the ocean
i can still hear the laughter of the crowd
i can still remember the feeling i had
it was absolute peace
  a feeling of sweet serenity
I can still remember praying
hoping
wishing
that this day would never end
I knew,
this was it.
it could never get better
i'd never feel happier
so why did i leave
