Dear Dad,
I want to start off with a thanks
For the shanks and the danks that I’ve been forced to live
Your guidance to mistrust
Gone like the speed of lust
Little by little the holes were burned through
The stares and glares that did nothing but blacken my heart
I wish I only understood that forever meant whenever
Your choice it was
It was your choice on when the torch could be lit
For your choice it may be to do
But beware because I shall retaliate
And oh you will see my emptiness replenish to birth
Did my heart have any heeling
Now that is my mystery
There is a reflection of pain in my eyes, as I fight back the streams
Unwanted, untouched
As I continue to cry for a fragment of love
So thank you to the man I must claim a father
You put this title to dishonor
Worthless was what I was born to hear
To the enemy I will prove that I can
Leveled head I will carry
Until the enemy is buried
So answer my cries before it is too late
Unless you take for granted
What shall then be carried to your grave
Painfully, Your Non-Existent Daughter
