I've laid here many times before
This time's different
I smell him, Hes been here.
We shared this bed many times
My scent is like homemade, fresh apple pie.
That just came out of the oven
His scent is like the scoop of vanilla ice cream
The sweetest combination,
He brought home a new pie
One if those awful, store bought apple pies
He thought I wouldn't find out
He thought I wouldn't find the crumbs
I ask him
Why he's been so busy
Though, I already know
