She left me
It was a normal day, competition day! I was so very excited, it was so close to finals. I was happy and so were my friends, well most of them. Only 4 of them were crying, I asked why and they said their friend passed away from suicide. I asked who and they said a girl named AJ. I was a little shocked but was denying that it was my AJ that died, just another person named AJ. As time went on, I asked what she looked like. She has short reddish hair, she always listened to music and sat by the library in the morning. She was loud and laughed all the time. My AJ…
I denied it more but then it hit me, my AJ killed herself last night and I couldn’t help her. I started to tear up and then it all came down hill from there. I cried all day long, I could barely practice that day, it was a Saturday. I asked Coach Jenny is I could call home and she said yes I can leave, she understood how hard this is for me. I only knew AJ for about a year and she is already gone. I called mama and she picked me up. I got home and took a nice, long shower, got in super cozy pajamas and texted my boyfriend telling him what happened to her. I went in the basement and played some games, I called Logan and was down there all day long.
Soon it came to the time of her funeral and I went to the viewing. I got there and my friend greeted me, she brought me to her casket and she was there, asleep. I cried and looked away, I was hyperventilating slightly and was holding my friend. She said it was okay, she’s asleep and in a better place. I had to leave the room, all the people were looking at me with sad eyes.
After that, I went to Logan’s and cried all night. Soon I fell asleep at his house and his parents and him drove me home asleep.
That was the worst day of my life.
