Love Those People Never Gave
I am sorry,
but I am not the same,
I can't look into your eyes,
and swear that I will change.
How many goodbyes,
can fit in a lifetime?
How many good lies,
can make it seem alright?
I'll just do some drugs,
then fall in love,
get messed up,
while the world just shrugs.
It all just hits so close to home,
we all have friends,
but we stand alone.
However, I know that you love me,
there's nothing much to say,
everyone throughout my life is all the same,
except for you,
you stayed,
through the rain,
through the pain,
you never left,
never changed,
never thought that I was to blame,
and even if scars never fade,
you gave me all the love,
that those people never gave.
