What if the world stopped spinning?
If the clouds never moved,
or the moon never appeared.
Would anyone stop to notice?
If there were no longer stars in the sky,
and the flowers didn't smell anymore,
Would anyone care?
If there was a girl in the corner crying,
Would you go ask what was wrong?
If you feared someone was abused,
Would you try to help?
Or would you pretend you never saw?
If the world stopped spinning,
Would anyone notice?
