High School
Speak out, be yourself!
No, I can’t, I’ll be embarrassed.
Just do it, stop holding back!
I’ll be made fun of, I gotta stay cool.
Your real friends won’t care.
But I’ll lose some friends.
Your true friends will stay.
Say it, say it loud!
If I do, I’ll be looked down upon.
Tell the people, tell the world!
I can’t, people will think that it’s dumb.
If you say it, there will be left nothing to hide.
If I do, I’ll have to hide.
What’s preventing you, besides yourself?
The High School is with the “Laws of Cool”.

I had to write this for English, but I chose to write about this topi because I feel like a lot of people have this issue. They are afraid to tell something about them because they will look dumb, childish, etc.
