Lover's Avenue .
I met her on the corner of Rose Road and Lovers Avenue . She was standing across the street from me . When we made eye contact I felt true electricity . She didn't look away and I was so astonished by her that even blinking was something I had forgotten how to do . I moved to the crosswalk and waited for the orange hand to change . The 14 seconds left on the screen seemed like they were moving in ultra slow motion and I just wanted to make it to her .
"Why does it feel like you're not a stranger ? You seem so familiar to me ." I asked as I approached her with my hands in my pockets and my eyes glued to the stars I saw in hers .
She looked at me . With eyes that were so Vulnerable . So soft . So gentle , and I couldn't help but to notice how nervous she was . Her hands were trembling like cold shoulders in December winters . She then pulled me in and kissed me after studying me for a while .
"Why did you do that ?" I asked with the widest grin on my face . I started to blush a little .
"You seem familiar to me too , it's something about you . You know I never believed in myths until this moment . They say you've ran into good fortune if you think you've found love on Lover's Avenue."
