The Man Upstairs

the man came downstairs
so we would not have to
live in the basement
said John 3:16
He is always looking down on
us from the clear
waters of heaven with a
smile, sometimes a frown.
He gives us strength to get
past all of our dull moments,
He will heal us when
we feel wounded
The man upstairs is always
there for us.
He listens with all ears;
He is God.
