Sounds of music bring happiness to me,
Though not all music has a happy ending.
Forever sending praises to Thee,
God rewards us with every blessing.
Birds chirp their very own tune,
And crickets make their music, too.
Sounding out even to the moon,
Even as the sky turns blue.
Love of music is not for everyone,
But, it can bring joy to you.
As it can also bring out the best in someone,
Even if you have the flu.
Even if the sky turns gray,
Music will alway play throughout the day.
