I carry a mask
It’s built to last, yet light
I yield It everywhere I go
Fooling even the keenest of sight

It is my camouflage
When it conceals me, through the battlefield
When I am being attacked
It acts, as my shield.

Though the mask is powerful
Not even the Gods of Greece, can See
Just like the cloak of Potter
It hides what’s really, inside me

I carry it everywhere
Whether it is, Dim, Dark, or Day
I truly believe, that it helps me to see the light
But deep down, I know I am in its shadow, in the darkness.

Still, it is a part of me
Just like Poseidon’s Trident
I will never lose it
I’ll have it, till the end

I’ve thought deeply about,
If I should stop hiding, reveal my true self
But the voices inside of my head
Plead me to not reveal, but continue, to conceal.

This mask is, influential
This mask is, one of a kind
This mask is, My North Star
This mask is, a Smile
