different world

i wake up
to a sky of grey,
the clouds no longer looking like cotton candy.
i walk downstairs, the sun no longer shining like a laser beam.
i look outside the window,
the flowers
no longer looking like a colorful rainbow.
i try to look at the world from a positive view
i go to sleep
with the sky full of stars
shining like a lamp, so bright
i go to sleep,
the world pitch black,
like an empty dream,
but where you feel safe
i go to sleep,
i fall asleep,
in a colorful dream,
where the sun is shining bright,
the flowers looking like a colorful rainbow,
the evening sky looking like cotton candy,
the world the same, but more vivid
