A 3 am thought

It was quite poetic
The way he kissed her
Aand the little anxieties flew away,
Like butterflies fleeing
It was quite artistic
The way their fingers
Molded together as if the shapes
were created solely for one another
It was quite beautiful
The way the presence of him
Melted away past unhappiness
Like a distant memory, in another life
It was rather tragic
The way he left her
The broken far too much
for him to handle
